MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

REFUNDS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

YOU ARE ENTITLED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN 12 HOURS OF PURCHASING WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON FOR DOING SO.

WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY ON WHICH WE RECEIVE THE RETURNED GOODS. THIS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT MAY TAKE AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME TO REACH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. WE WILL USE THE SAME MEANS OF PAYMENT AS YOU USED FOR THE ORDER, AND YOU WILL NOT INCUR ANY FEES FOR SUCH REIMBURSEMENT.

RETURNS

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS AN ERROR HAS BEEN MADE ON OUR PART. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE INCORRECT MERCHANDISE DUE TO OUR ERROR, WE WILL GLADLY AUTHORISE A RETURN.
